Online Ordering & Shipping Policy:
All orders will be reviewed and validated (typically within 1-2 business days) before processing / shipping. Validation includes speaking with customer to review pricing, offers, service terms & conditions, and to review documents and paperwork necessary to process the order.
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Due to the frequency of offer and pricing updates and in the telecom industry, final pricing and service terms are subject to change until order has been validated & services are activated.
Your card will be charged as soon as your phone/SIM order is submitted online. Your billing will start shortly after your order is validated & processed.
It usually takes 3-5 business days for phones and accessories to be delivered, or 7-10 days if we're experiencing higher traffic. When an item is back-ordered, shipping can take 15 business days. If your order isn't available for immediate delivery, we'll contact you to let you know.
Once your order has been validated & processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with terms of service. Please print and/or save this email, it's your official receipt.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
All rural route addresses must include a street address and phone number. Use the shipping instructions section for your buzzer code if you live in an apartment, or any special instructions.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping cost is $15 flat rate throughout Canada.
