Returns / Exchanges / Product Warranty Policy:
Activated devices may be exchanged or returned within 15 days including the date of activation. Devices must be returned in original condition with all packaging, components, chargers, cables, etc. in original condition, with original proof of purchase.
Outright (non-activated) devices are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DOA (defective on arrival) exchange period for all products is 15 days after which the manufacturer's standard warranty applies (typically 1 year). Physical & liquid damage are not covered under DOA or manufacturer's warranty for all products.
Accessories are exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Accessories must be returned in original condition with all packaging, components, chargers, cables, etc. in original condition, with original proof of purchase. Headsets & earpieces are final sale for hygienic reasons.
SIM cards and prepaid top up vouchers are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Activated services are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the service agreement.
